Shamans of South America with Celeste Hofmann

Our presenter this month, Celeste Hofmann, spent over two years travelling around South America and studying with a large variety of healers and shamans, with a special focus on healing and expanding her psychic abilities with ayahuasca ceremonies & other enhancing herbs.
Celeste's work focuses on cord cutting, aura repair, balancing chakras, past life healing, removal of energies which are foreign to the host/person, and Reiki. She uses an angelic/spirit guide team to facilitate this work.
Celeste also facilitates the transition of souls who have not yet crossed over to the light.. She can clear out negative energies attached to places and objects, as well.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with Kayla Layer

For our 1st gathering of 2019, our circle experienced a stimulating discussion about Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) by Kayla Layer, a new member who welcomed us into her home for this gathering. Kayla is a certified QHHT practitioner, and shared an explanation of this technique for past life regressions to lead clients to the roots of some of their unresolved mental, emotional & spiritual issues. We learned about the use of this intriguing healing modality and its benefits.
Developed by Dolores Cannon, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT), involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. This is a state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep. In this state, past lives and the subconscious can be more easily accessed.

Breema with Erde Sun

This morning we met at the delightful Big Barn at the Center for Spiritual Living Pt. Angeles, where Erde Sun taught us about the practice of Breema and gave each of the participants a brief taste of having Breema movement therapy done to them.
Breema and Self-Breema support body, mind, and feelings to work together harmoniously and help you become more balanced, connected, and present.
We all found the work intriguing and relaxing, and appreciated Erde sharing information about the training in mindfulness, grounding & centering needed on the part of the healer offering this modality.
Erde Sun is a licensed massage therapist and Certified Breema practitioner & instructor living in Pt. Angeles. Thank you Erde for sharing your healing work with our group.

Polarity Therapy with Johanna Perkins

WOW! What an amazing learning experience we all had today, as Johanna Perkins from Pt. Townsend School of Massage gave us an information-packed introduction to Polarity Therapy. This energy healing modality was developed by Randolph Stone, DC, OD, ND, and combines touch, exercise, nutrition and self-awareness to restore a dynamic uninterrupted cyclic flow of energy through the body.
Johanna Perkins, BA, LMP, CBE began her study and use of Polarity Therapy in Switzerland & France in 1976. She has practiced in Pt. Townsend since 1983, doing Polarity Therapy, Swedish Massage, Orthopedic Massage, ACMOS, Deep Tissue and Myofacial Release treatments. Johanna has been an instructor at the Port Townsend School of Massage for over 20 years
With the handouts Johanna provided, books for us to look through, and on-the-table giving & receiving of this powerful modality, we all ended the morning energized, intrigued and eager to learn more.

Tibetan Cranial, Meditation Pyramid, Labyrinth & Tibetan Bowl Healing with Donna Lambdin & Ron Goodwin

Despite a drizzly evening in "sunny" Sequim, our group of healers collected at the sacred Serenity Space Retreat Center of Donna Lambdin & Ron Goodwin. This delightful duo shared with us their specially built meditation pyramid and healing labyrinth, then Donna demonstrated Tibetan Cranial healing on an eager group member. To top off the evening, we all laid on floor mats for a short healing session with their many Tibetan bowls and gongs. What a delightful sampling of the offerings of Maha Methods.
Donna Lambdin is a Tibetan Cranial practitioner & instructor, Karuna & Usui Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner, Ordained Minister and more. Donna & Ron Goodwin are both Certified Tibetan Bowl Sound Healer, offering monthly group sessions.

Healing Powers of Crystals & Crystal Grids with Rebecca Hall

This morning, Rebecca Hall shared with us her knowledge on self-healing and manifesting our life wishes with crystal grids, selection of crystals for healing our client's needs, and some of the myriad of layouts used. Once we were all mesmerized by the beauty & power of crystals, we shared a social hour with tea & potluck snacks.
Rebecca Hall, LMT is a Registered Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher who also teaches classes about the chakra system, crystal healing & use of crystal healing grids, offers spiritual healings, readings, and much more.
What a delightful gift this experience was for our gathered healers. Thank you, Rebecca!

Qi Gong, an outdoor experience with Ben DeFrancisco

On this lovely sunny summer morning at Pam's outdoor labyrinth, our group learned and practiced some gentle qi gong movements for grounding, relaxation & healing. Afterwards, we shares potluck snacks, and walked the labyrinth. The experience left us all feeling more grounded and energized.
Ben DeFrancisco is a certified instructor of the Qigong Level 1 Healing form. Also a certified Reiki practitioner, does intuitive and shamanic healing, pairing these modalities with Crystal Singing Bowls and the cleansing power of Sage, Cedar, and Palo Santo.
We are grateful to Ben for sharing his beloved Qi Gong practice with our Healer's Circle.

Swelling, Types, Causes and Treatment, with Loraine Lovejoy-Evans

What an evening-full of learning this was, as Loraine Lovejoy-Evans shared with us a dynamic and informative Power Point presentation on lymphedema, lipoedema, & chronic venous insufficiency. Along with learning the causes and differences in these types of swelling, Loraine taught us some techniques to treat them. Our group also got to practice the "Horse and Thinker" technique to relieve pain in joints all over the body, especially knee pain. Mindfulness & Heartfull-ness with Kristin Halberg

This morning, Kristin Halberg taught our circle some easy & effective techniques from the Institute of Heart Math to decrease stress & improve our resiliency. She taught us about heart coherence & how it can change our lives & help our planet. All present thoroughly enjoyed Kristen's words of wisdom & the methods she shared with us.
We extend our gratitude to Kristin for this useful & fascinating presentation. The snacks brought & shared by our members were also much appreciated & enjoyed by all.

A Journey Within, Healing Experiences in Puerto Rico with Rena Raymond

This morning, Rena Raymond shared photos & her healing journey during 3 weeks in Costa Rica late last year.
