This morning at Penny's home, M.E. Bartholomew shared with the group her practice of using mudras, mantras and meditation for grounding, centering, calming and healing. We had a chance to practice a number of mudras, learn some mantras and meditate using both of these. This was a fascinating topic, inspiring all of us to learn more, and incorporate these valuable tools into our healing work & self-care.
